The Sand castle and family day out.

Today it was very exiting day for Maebh!We all went to see her first Theater show “The Sandcastle”.

We didn’t know how she react as she doesn`t like crowds and a loud noise.Though she was fantastic she loved it right from the beginning to the end! The performance of The Sand Castle is based on the popular kids TV series The Sand Castle. Enjoy the adventures of King Koos, Sassa and her brother Toto! After the show we had sushi poor papa can´t use chop sticks but Maebh can.What a great DAY!!

Easy Eggs Florentine with Baby Spinach and Goat Cheese

Vanilla Butter cream Cupcakes Source

Preheat the oven to 18O°C Bake for 18 minutes until risen and gold.

1 stick unsalted butter

½ cup granulated sugar

1 cup self –rising flour

1teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 tablespoon milk

To decorate

6 tablespoon unsalted butter

1 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar

Yellow food coloring

Sprinkles

Beat the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then beat in the eggs one at the a time. Sift the flour into the mixture and fold in, then stir in the vanilla extract and milk.

To decorate the cupcakes, put the butter in the bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, and food coloring and stir until well mixed.
